Our Roastery
ZeroToOne roasts its coffee in-house to maintain greater control over quality, freshness, and flavor development. Why the Name
ZeroToOne Coffee?
The name ZeroToOne Coffee is inspired by the book Zero to One, which explores the entrepreneurial journey of creating something truly new and groundbreaking. For us, it symbolizes our mission to introduce something unique. Vietnamese specialty coffee, to a world that hasn’t yet fully recognized its potential.
Did you know Vietnam is the second-largest coffee exporter in the world? Despite this, Vietnamese coffee has often been overlooked in the specialty coffee scene, overshadowed by the likes of Brazil, Ethiopia, Colombia, etc. Here in London, we saw a huge opportunity to change that narrative.
We want to bring something fresh to this vibrant city—a celebration of Vietnamese coffee culture and quality. With ZeroToOne Coffee, we’re not just serving exceptional coffee; we’re building a bridge to share the untold stories and flavors of Vietnam, one cup at a time. Join us on this journey and discover what makes Vietnamese coffee so special.
