How fresh is your coffee?

All beans are roasted in small batches in London. We dispatch orders within 3 to 5 days of roasting.

Do you grind the beans?

We sell whole beans only to maintain maximum freshness.

How should I store my coffee?

Keep the coffee airtight and away from heat, light and moisture. Best enjoyed within 4 to 6 weeks of roasting.

Do you offer gift sets?

Yes. Seasonal gift sets and tasting boxes are available online.

Can I buy your coffee in store?

Yes. Visit ZeroToOne Coffee in London for beans, drinks, pastries and events.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

How often do you roast?

We roast weekly to ensure every order is shipped fresh.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

How can I contact customer support

Email contact@zerotoonecoffee.co.uk. We reply within 48 hours Monday to Friday. During high-volume periods, we may need up to 5 working days, but we will always acknowledge your request as soon as we receive it.

What is the difference between Subscription and One Time Purchase?

Subscription gives 10% off the first order, 5% off every order after, and a lower free shipping threshold at £20. One-time purchase gives 10% off the first order and free shipping from £30.

Can I cancel, pause or skip a subscription?

Yes. You can pause, skip or cancel anytime from your account.

Can I change my subscription coffee or frequency?

Yes. You can swap beans or adjust delivery frequency at any time.

How long does delivery take?

UK delivery takes 2 to 4 working days once dispatched. Peak periods may vary slightly.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free UK shipping on orders £20+ for subscriptions, and £25+ for one-time purchases.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email clear photos within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. International delivery will be available soon.

How do I track my order?

A tracking link is emailed to you once the order ships.

What is your return policy?

Coffee is a fresh food product so it cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes if it has not been roasted or shipped yet. Email contact@zerotoonecoffee.co.uk as soon as possible.
