Discover our Monthly Release coffee collection, where we carefully select and roast a new, limited edition specialty coffee each month. This rotating series features rare micro-lots, experimental processing methods, and exclusive international guest beans sourced from world-renowned coffee farms.

At ZeroToOne, we work closely with producers across Vietnam and the global specialty coffee community to introduce unique single origin coffees, including anaerobic, natural, washed, and competition-level lots. Each monthly release highlights clarity, terroir expression, and distinctive flavour profiles: from floral and tea-like Geshas to fruit-forward naturals and bold structured cups.
