Our Story
Vietnam is the world’s second-largest coffee producer, but when people think of Vietnamese coffee, they often imagine only condensed milk or egg coffee. We want to change that. ZeroToOne was created to show the full story of Vietnamese coffee: from farm to cup. We work directly with beans from Vietnam’s highlands, roast them with care, and brew them to highlight their true quality and character.
For us, it’s not just about the drink. It’s about celebrating a culture, supporting farmers, and giving London a new way to experience Vietnamese coffee, beyond the stereotypes.
About our name: “ZeroToOne” comes from the idea of building something new, inspired by the entrepreneurship concept in Peter Thiel’s book. We looked around London’s coffee scene and saw that Vietnamese specialty beans were almost nowhere to be found in shops or on retail shelves. So we thought: why not start here, and bring something fresh from Vietnam to London?
Our hope is simple: to change perceptions, to put Vietnamese coffee on the map, and one day to see Vietnamese beans enjoyed not only across London but around the world.

We are a team of dreamers and doers, united by a shared vision of bringing Vietnamese specialty coffee to the world.
With over 13 years in tech and business, Paige knows how to scale ideas into reality. She believes perception shapes reality, and she’s focused on building ZeroToOne as a sustainable business that lasts. You won’t always see her behind the counter, but she’s busy taking ZeroToOne everywhere she goes, making sure Vietnamese specialty coffee gets the spotlight it deserves.
Trained in architecture design and a professional barista, Alex brings together craft and beauty in every cup. Detail-oriented and creative, he’s been with ZeroToOne since day one and quickly became the shop’s most loved barista. For Alex, great coffee is more than taste, it’s an experience from start to finish.
A coffee expert and owner of multiple specialty coffee shops and restaurants in Vietnam, Duc is the mastermind behind our roasting machine and coffee profiles. Passionate about creating the perfect cup, he tests every ingredient with precision, like a lab for flavor. Duc brings deep F&B experience to ZeroToOne, shaping not only what you taste in your cup but how our business grows.
