Mori Farm is a Fine Robusta pioneer benefiting from fertile basalt soil at 900m. Specializing in Robusta Sẻ and TR4 varieties, the farm elevates quality through its innovative Natural process, cofermented with Herbal. 

A bold and experimental lot that incorporates local herbs and essential oils, bringing an aromatic, cooling sensation and savory complexity. This meticulous method begins with a 5-day dry fermentation, followed by co-fermenting cherries with herbal leaves and essential oils. After a precision drying phase, the beans are frozen for one month to stabilize complex aromatic compounds before a final slow-dry. This cutting-edge approach yields a clean, balanced cup with unmatched sweetness, positioning Mori Farm at the forefront of the global modern Robusta movement.

Mori Farm, Gia Lai is a multi-award-winning producer and one of the leading Fine Robusta farms in Southeast Asia and the world. Located in Bàu Cạn, Chư Prông at around 700m - 900m, the farm benefits from fertile basalt soil and stable highland sunlight.
They cultivate both Robusta Sẻ and the improved TR4 variety, with a strong focus on ripe-cherry selection and careful small-batch processing. Cherries are dried slowly to preserve sweetness and clarity, resulting in a clean, balanced cup that reflects the distinct terroir of Gia Lai. Mori Farm stands at the forefront of Vietnam’s modern Robusta movement - setting benchmarks for quality on the global stage.

    Kefir Natural Robusta shines with a slightly longer ratio and gentle extraction with lower temperature. Expect a thick, creamy body with natural sweetness and milk-chocolate notes. If the shot tastes too intense or bitter, grind slightly coarser or lower temperature. For milk drinks, don’t be afraid to push the yield a touch, it keeps the cup smooth, balanced, and comforting.
