Lavender Catimor is a limited seasonal release: a floral-forward coffee gently co-fermented with locally sourced organic lavender through a controlled washed process. During fermentation, the beans rest in lavender-steeped water for 100 hours, allowing the aromatics to integrate with balance. The result is not overpowering or perfumed, but composed and intentional, a cup that carries soft florals, calm sweetness, and refined clarity.

This seasonal Vietnamese coffee opens with a soothing lavender aroma, followed by the gentle sweetness of sweet potato and a warm cinnamon bun finish. Soft, comforting, and slightly unexpected, it is designed for slow mornings, shared moments, and everyday brewing.

This coffee also stands as a clear example of the boundless creativity within coffee processing.
