Kefir Natural Robusta is a refined expression of Vietnamese Canephora, crafted with intention to bring out both structure and clarity in the cup.

Produced by Mori Farm in Gia Lai, one of the leading names in fine Robusta, this coffee is grown on fertile basalt soil at 700–900 masl and processed with a focus on ripe cherry selection and controlled fermentation. A kefir-based co-fermentation is applied with precision, enhancing natural sweetness and layering subtle complexity without overshadowing the coffee’s core profile.

In the cup, expect a full, rounded body with notes of dried tropical fruits, cacao nibs, caramel, and butter. The profile remains clean and balanced, with a smooth, lingering finish.

With medium light roasting profile, it delivers depth and consistency, performing well both black and in milk. A modern take on Robusta — familiar in structure, elevated in flavour.

Mori Farm, Gia Lai is a multi-award-winning producer and one of the leading Fine Robusta farms in Southeast Asia and the world. Located in Bàu Cạn, Chư Prông at around 700m - 900m, the farm benefits from fertile basalt soil and stable highland sunlight.
They cultivate both Robusta Sẻ and the improved TR4 variety, with a strong focus on ripe-cherry selection and careful small-batch processing.
